JACKSON, GEORGE ANSON (1846-1907)

George Anson Jackson nació en North Adams, Massachusetts, el 17 de marzo de 1846 y murió en Swampscott, Massachusetts, el 8 de mayo de 1907. Se graduó en Yale (Ph.B., 1868) y Andover Theological Seminary (1871); fue pastor en Leavenworth, Kan., (1871-73), Southbridge, Massachusetts, (1873-78) y Swampscott, Massachusetts, (1878-97) y bibliotecario de la General Theological Library, Boston, tras 1897. Escribió The Christian Faith (Boston, 1875); The Apostolic Fathers (Nueva York, 1879); Fathers ofthe Third Century (1881); Post-Nicene Greek Fathers (1883) y Post-Nicene Latin Fathers (1883).
