McLAREN, ALEXANDER (1826-1910)

Alexander McLaren, bautista, nació en Glasgow el 11 de febrero de 1826 y murió en Manchester el 5 de mayo de 1910.

Fue educado en Stepney (actual Regent's Park) College, Londres, y desde 1846 a 1858 fue ministro de Portland Chapel, Southampton. Luego sirvió como pastor, después como pastor emérito de Union Chapel, Manchester, y en 1909 se retiró y trasladó a Escocia.
